By popular demand, here is again our previously sold-out one-hour virtual workshop on Carnevale in Italia. One country yet many traditions. This is Italy at Carnevale. During this time of the year, the streets of Italy get crowded with elaborate costumes, colorful masks, animated floats, and tons of confetti. From north to south, Italy boasts unique ‘Carnevale’ traditions, some of which date centuries back. In some towns, it marks the official ending of the festivities that began during Christmas. So, from the comfort of your home, sit in your favorite chair and let Antonella take you virtually around Italy to experience these special Italian traditions that vary from region to region and from town to town such as the spectacular Venetian “Flight of the Angel,” its historical origins, and the foods consumed during Carnevale.
