Description
In our 6-week online summer class, Italian Newsroom, designed for students ages 12 to 16 years old, students will focus on developing communication skills through discussing current news and events taken directly from Italian youth magazines. Each class will introduce various topics that will spark conversation from Italian fashion and lifestyle to technology, from nature and environment to Italian music, and much more! Interactive games and activities including videos, memes, games, quizzes, and contemporary songs will be interwoven into each class. Only Italian is spoken in class. Your teacher is Caterina.

Location: Online
Day & Time: Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (PDT)
Class Dates: July 11, 18, 25 – Aug. 1, 8, 15
What if Class Has Started?
For this course we can accept new students once classes have started on a case-by-case basis up to mid-way through the course. If you join a course late, the course fee will be pro-rated so that you don’t pay for the lessons you missed before joining the class.
Textbook Info.
For this course there is no textbook to purchase. The teacher will provide handouts.
