This online workshop organized by the College Board is for new AP teachers who want to better understand the course and exam description, learn what the AP Exam assesses, and receive practical tips for navigating AP Classroom.
AP Online Workshop Spring 2026

You must complete the following activities to receive a certificate of completion with 0.6 CEUs.
· Live Online Session (180 minutes): Led by an experienced AP educator, this session covers instructional strategies, tools, best practices, and a review of the rubric and scoring guidelines.
· On-Demand Videos (40 minutes): Watch videos that discuss the course and exam description (CED), curricular requirements, course planning, and AP Classroom resources. Each module concludes with a check-for-understanding quiz.
· Assignments: After attending the live online session and watching the videos, you’ll be asked to create a student activity using skill and course content from the CED. You’ll also need to annotate and score a set of student work samples. You’ll gain access to the on-demand videos and assignments four days before the live online session and may complete them in any order within two weeks after the webinar.
