Workshop! Italian Herbs

Join us and local Italian chef, Francesco Allegro, for an in-person one-of-a-kind, hands-on adventure for kids ages 6 to 11 years to become veri scienziati dei sapor, real flavor scientists. Food Allergy Alert! Children will taste herbs with simple ingredients (bread, tomatoes, olive oil, salt).
What they’ll do:
• Smell, touch & taste incredible magic of Italian herbs
• Discover flavors profiles like sweet, citrusy, spicy, earthy & more
• Learn Italian names like basilico, rosmarino, menta, salvia
• Experience how herbs shape Italy’s most beloved dishes
