Italian 401
Description
Italian 401 is designed for students who have an established high intermediate knowledge of Italian. This 10-week online Italian language course begins with a review of the main points that were taught in Italian 400. During this course, students will grow their vocabulary, learn about the conjunctions that require the subjunctive tense, the grammar construction of fare+infinitive, the use of condizionale passato to express a future action and continue to study the if clauses and their forms. At the end of the course, students will be able to discuss various topics and point out the consequences, advantages, and disadvantages of actions. They will also be able to express hypotheses, give bits of advice and understand humor. Your teacher is Ylenia.

What if Class Has Started?
For our adult classes we can accept new students once a course has started on a case-by-case basis up to mid-way through the course. If you join a course late, the course fee will be pro-rated so that you don’t pay for the lessons you missed before joining the class.
Textbook Info
For this course the textbook we will using is NUOVO Espresso 4. You can purchase the books along with your course at the time of registration or you can purchase it from our bookstore at a later date.
