Description

Parlo Italiano 1B is the second part of our vibrant beginner-level Italian immersion program for kids ages 7 to 11, thoughtfully developed to build on the foundations of Parlo Italiano 1A and take students further in their journey toward confidence, fluency, and fun in Italian. Designed for children who have completed Part 1 or already have some basic knowledge of Italian, this 15-week course helps young learners strengthen their communication skills—including reading, writing, listening, and speaking—through engaging games, creative activities, and interactive storytelling. Each 60-minute in-person class, taught entirely in Italian, offers a fully immersive experience that promotes natural language acquisition and builds lasting confidence. At this developmental stage, learning a second language provides lasting benefits—from boosting cognitive flexibility and problem-solving skills to nurturing curiosity, cultural understanding, and lifelong learning habits. All enrolling students should already be comfortable reading and writing in English, as these skills will continue to support their progress in Italian.
