Ciao, piccoli chef! Get ready to roll, knead, and shape your way to a delicious Italian adventure with Italian pasta chef (sfoglino) Francesco Allegro! In this hands-on workshop, Francesco will show kids ages 6 to 12 years how to make fresh pasta and tortellini from scratch. As we mix and stretch our dough, children will practice measuring, following instructions, and basic math while learning Italian words for ingredients, kitchen tools, pasta shapes—all in a fun, playful environment. It’s a full sensory adventure: feel the soft dough, smell the fresh ingredients, and enjoy the magic of cooking… Italian style! By the end of class, each young chef will sample the pasta made and cooked on site and take home their handmade pasta! The workshop strives to build confidence and creativity, and the pride of saying: “Io l’ho fatto!”
