Family Yoga in Italiano!

Description

Bring the magic of Disney into your yoga practice — in italiano!

Join Gaia Valentino for an enchanting family yoga experience where beloved Disney classics come to life through movement, imagination, and the Italian versions of your favorite Disney songs. This special class is thoughtfully designed for parents and children to stretch, breathe, and bond together — all while being immersed in the beautiful sounds of the Italian language.

Our instructor will guide families through playful yoga sequences using Italian vocabulary throughout the class, making this a unique opportunity for children and parents alike to absorb the language naturally — through music, movement, and a little Disney magic.

Whether you’re striking a posa di Pluto (Pluto’s pose) or flowing to the Italian melody of a beloved Disney classic, every moment is crafted to be joyful, accessible, and memorable for the whole family.

Who is this for? Children ages 5–10 and their parents or guardians. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No prior yoga experience required.

Language note: The class incorporates Italian Disney music and Italian vocabulary. No Italian knowledge needed — learning happens naturally through play!

What to bring: Your yoga mat or beach towel, and a water bottle.
