Giambelli Award for Excellence 2024

The Giambelli Award for Excellence recognizes high school students who earn a 5 on the AP Italian exam and who commit to enrolling in an Italian language course in their freshman year of college in the United States. To be eligible, you must:

1. Be an ILF Student Member. Not a member? Join here: Student Registration Form
2. Have a teacher of Italian who is an ILF Teacher Member. They may join here if they are not a member already: Teacher Registration Form
3. Have given the College Board permission to share your AP exam score
4. Have received a 5 on the AP Italian exam
5. Provide proof of registration in Italian language course(s) in your freshman year of college in the United States.

To submit your application:
