Antonella Oddi Gleason was born in Milan and moved to the United States from Piacenza, Italy in 1993. She received her Associate of Arts degree from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo in 1999 where she began her teaching career as a teacher’s assistant in the Italian language department in 2002. Antonella began teaching Italian to children through Fondazione Italia in 2007 and to adults in 2013. In 2020, she received her Liberal Studies bachelor’s degree from California State University at Fullerton. Antonella loves teaching the Italian language and culture to children and adults, and she has no plans to quit!
